How It Works

Everything you order is made‑to‑order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. That means your shirt doesn’t exist until you decide it should. Very main‑character of you.

Processing Time

  • Usually 2–7 business days, depending on how chaotic the universe is.

  • If it’s a holiday, a sale, or Mercury is in retrograde, it may take longer. We don’t control the planets.

Shipping Time

Once your masterpiece is printed, it ships out:

  • U.S.: 3–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

  • Your patience: varies

You’ll get a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.

Calculated at checkout. We don’t inflate them. We’re sarcastic, not shady.

Returns & Exchanges

Let’s Get This Out of the Way

Because everything is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Realizing you do like math after all
• Deciding your cousin “wouldn’t wear it anyway”

Please check the size chart. It’s right there. It’s helpful. Use it.

But If We Mess Up?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or looking like it survived a bar fight, we’ve got you.

Email us within 30 days with:
• Your order number
• A quick explanation
• Photos (Printful needs them, not us—we believe you, but they’re sticklers)

We’ll replace it. No drama.

Lost Packages

If your package disappears into the postal void, let us know. We’ll investigate and replace it if needed. We can’t promise to solve the mystery, but we can fix the problem.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once you hit “Place Order,” the Printful elves get to work fast. That means we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. You can ask—we’ll try—but once the gears are turning, the math is out of our hands.
